Old building flair, but newly renovated! The spacious apartment is furnished with 3 large living/sleeping rooms that offer the possibility of retreat. Each room has a bed, a wardrobe, storage space, a desk workstation and sufficient lighting. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a dryer, a washing machine and cabinets. Towels are provided. The kitchen, which is also large, is equipped with everything you need and offers enough work space in addition to a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. There is enough space in the pantry so that all residents can stock up independently of one another. The cozy dining room allows meals to be taken while the kitchen is still busy. The quiet rear balcony invites you to linger, as does the garden, which is shared by all residents. You can be on the A27 within 8 minutes by car. In two minutes you are on the Gröpelinger Heerstrasse, which offers numerous shops (a supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes on foot) and various restaurants. The lunch menu at the nearby Fischhaus is particularly recommended!
