Description of the freelancer apartment Hermi

A typical attic apartment in Bremen terraced house style. The two living/bedrooms are well equipped for freelancers with a bed, cupboards, shelves, a desk including USB chargers and other accessories and offer a place to retreat and work. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and a fold-out table, so that there is also space for guests. The shower room is equipped with a closet and a mirror cabinet with sufficient storage space. Bed linen, bedding and towels are plentiful. A shared washing machine is available for the apartment. Due to the top floor location, the apartment is very bright and you have a beautiful view of the countryside and the sky. The garden, which is accessible through the basement, can be used by all residents. The apartment receives a basic cleaning every 14 days, which is included in the rent, as is the maintenance of the garden.

Neighborhood: central location

The apartment is located on Lohmannstrasse in the heart of Findorff and thus in one of the most popular and liveliest parts of Bremen. The main train station and all local transport are within walking distance. The apartment ensures the work-life balance in the New Work Society: the Bürgerpark and the largest weekly market in Bremen are just around the corner. The Bürgerweide and the Stadthalle with their numerous events offer year-round events that are practically in front of the door. In the Admiralstraße and the adjacent streets there are numerous shops (including an organic supermarket) and various restaurants and cafés.

Local public transport

The main train station is within walking distance. Public transport runs in Admiralstrasse (2 minutes on foot).
